As the pandemic , the war , bottlenecks in transport and production , and limitations for travel have impacted the business world , many companies have been forced to adapt their supply chain strategies to the increased Volatility , Uncertainty , Complexity und Ambiguity ( VUCA ). Based on strategy projects from various industries , he highlighted new approaches , strategies and possible solutions .
